I met the same problem. The OHC connected, but when I press "Bootload", the kilobot keeps flashing blue all the time and can't finish receiving program. The kilobot has no reaction to the OHC after I press "Stop", it stop flashing but color is also blue. Finally, I have to run the "KilobotFirstFirmware.hex" to reset the kilobot.
No matter how many times I try, the kilobot still can't read program.
Please give us some suggestions!!!
This is the first time I met this problem, everything goes well before.

Thanks in advance.

first of all, have you correctly reflash the OHC with the Controller.hex file before trying to flash the Kilobot?
Do not forget this step, you cannot reflash Kilobot if your OHC has still the calibration firmware.

If this step is correct, which firmware did you try to send inside the Kilobot?
If you want to return to the factory configuration (with the demo code), please send the KilobotSkeleton.hex file (found in the KilobotController_1.0\KilobotController\dev\default directory).
If you want to flash the Kilobot with your own firmware, then select your hex file.
